Car Driver

Primarily based at the employer’s residence/office location with local and outstation travel requirements as per business and personal schedules.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSafely drive employer, family members, guests, or company representatives as instructed.
• Maintain punctuality and ensure timely pickups/drop-offs.
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and proper upkeep of the assigned vehicle(s).
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections including fuel, engine oil, tyre pressure, battery, brakes, and servicing schedules.
• Maintain travel logs, fuel records, toll receipts, and vehicle-related documentation.
• Follow all traffic laws, road safety norms, and company protocols.
• Be available for local city travel as well as outstation travel assignments.
• Coordinate with administrative staff/service centers for vehicle servicing and repairs when required.
• Ensure confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
• Eligibility CriteriaValid Indian LMV driving license with clean driving record.
• Prior experience as a personal driver, executive driver, or chauffeur preferred.
• Good knowledge of local routes, highways, and navigation systems.
• Basic understanding of vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Well-mannered, disciplined, and professionally presentable.
• Preference may be given to candidates with experience driving luxury or executive vehicles.
• Working Hours & Weekly OffStandard duty hours: 10 hours per day
• Work schedule: 6 days a week
• Weekly off as decided by management/employer requirements.
• Overtime PolicyOvertime shall be payable for duties exceeding 10 working hours per day, subject to approval and operational requirements.

• ESIC and PF benefits shall be provided to eligible candidates as per applicable statutory norms.
• Mobile/travel reimbursements may be provided where applicable.

Outstation Travel BenefitsIn case of official outstation travel assignments:

• Travel allowance shall be provided.
• Food expenses shall be covered/provided.
• Lodging/accommodation arrangements shall be provided by the employer/company.
• Expected Behaviour & Professional StandardsMaintain professionalism, honesty, discipline, and confidentiality.
• No alcohol/drug consumption during duty hours.
• Proper grooming and hygiene standards must be maintained.
• Immediate reporting of accidents, challans, or vehicle issues is mandatory.
• Preferred Additional SkillsFamiliarity with GPS/navigation applications.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.
• Basic communication skills in Hindi and English.

Note: Final employment terms, compensation structure, overtime applicability, statutory benefits, and duty assignments shall be governed by the appointment letter and company policies issued by Complia Services Ltd.
