Carpenter

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials according to specifications.
• Install structures and fixtures such as doors, windows, cabinets, partitions, flooring, and furniture.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches.
• Repair and renovate damaged wooden structures and fixtures.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely.
• Ensure work is completed within deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the worksite.
• Follow workplace safety guidelines and regulations.
• Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and other workers when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role.
• Knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools.
• Good physical strength, balance, and stamina.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
