Job Description
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate
Experience in CCTV monitoring/security operations preferred
CCTV Operator duties and responsibilities:
Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems continuously.
Identify and report suspicious activities or security breaches.
Maintain daily logs and incident reports.
Coordinate with security guards and management during emergencies.
Ensure all CCTV equipment is functioning properly.
Review recorded footage when required.
Follow company safety and security procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of surveillance information.
Skills Required:
Basic computer knowledge
Good observation and attention to detail
Communication and reporting skills
Ability to work in shifts
Calm and alert during emergency situations
