Center Manager

Centre Manager – Skin, Hair & Aesthetic Clinic Dr. Haror’s Wellness is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Centre Manager to manage the overall operations, sales, team performance and patient experience at our Skin, Hair & Aesthetic Clinic.

📍 Location: Rajouri Garden / Preet Vihar

💼 Experience: 4–7 Years

💰 Salary: Negotiable – Based on relevant experience, skills and interview performance

Industry Experience RequiredCandidates must have relevant experience in any of the following industries:

Dermatology | Aesthetic Clinic | Skin & Hair Clinic | Hair Transplant Clinic | Cosmetic Clinic | Healthcare | Wellness | Beauty & Aesthetics

Candidates from unrelated industries will not be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete day-to-day clinic/centre operations.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Manage and motivate counsellors, front desk and support staff.
• Monitor leads, patient consultations, follow-ups and lead conversions.
• Improve consultation-to-treatment conversion and revenue generation.
• Build strong patient/customer relationships.
• Handle patient queries, complaints and escalations professionally.
• Coordinate effectively with doctors, counsellors and clinical teams.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly centre performance.
• Prepare and review MIS, sales and revenue reports.
• Track individual and team performance against targets.
• Conduct team meetings, performance reviews and provide guidance.
• Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, processes and clinic standards.
• Maintain excellent patient experience, service quality and clinic discipline.
• Support recruitment, training and development of centre staff.
• Identify opportunities for business development, repeat business and revenue growth.
• Candidate Requirements4–7 years of relevant experience in Skin, Hair, Aesthetic, Dermatology, Hair Transplant, Cosmetic, Healthcare or Wellness industry.
• Previous experience as Centre Manager / Clinic Manager / Centre Head / Clinic Operations Manager will be preferred.
• Strong sales and revenue management skills.
• Excellent team handling and leadership ability.
• Strong patient relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Good understanding of lead management and conversion.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
