Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Visit residential, commercial, and industrial properties for inspection.
- Take site measurements, photographs, and condition notes.
- Coordinate with the internal valuation team to gather data.
- Prepare valuation reports in Excel/Google Sheets based on templates.
- Assist in documentation and submission of reports as per government formats.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with clients, if required.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 0–10 years (Freshers welcome if willing to learn fast).
- Basic understanding of property valuation is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comfortable traveling for property visits.
- Good observation, documentation, and report-writing skills.
- Must have a smartphone with a camera.
- Bonus if you have a two-wheeler for faster site visits (travel allowance will be provided).
Work Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- Full-time, in-office (Field + Desk)
