Job Summary-Gautam Solar Power Private Limited is looking for a dedicated Civil Engineer to supervise and execute civil construction activities at our Gwalior location. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all civil works are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Experience in industrial or solar projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities-

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project/site.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Monitor RCC, PCC, foundations, excavation, backfilling, drainage, roads, and structural works.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams for smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Verify measurements, prepare daily progress reports (DPR), and maintain site documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
• Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams during project execution.

Required Qualifications-

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in civil construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in solar power projects will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.

Required Skills-

• Knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good coordination and team management abilities.
• Understanding of construction safety practices and quality standards.
