Civil Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Civil Engineer specializing in BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and Estimation to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, tender documentation, and project budgeting for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, and quantity calculations for civil projects

Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements

Prepare tender and contract documents

Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams

Monitor project costs and budget variations

Prepare rate analysis and material estimation

Assist in vendor and contractor evaluation

Ensure accuracy in project billing and measurements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Experience in BOQ preparation and project estimation

Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software

Strong analytical and calculation skills

Good communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of construction materials and market rates

Understanding of tendering and billing processes

Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
