Job Description:
Indico Plaster Industry is looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Engineer (Civil) to manage and supervise interior and construction activities at various project sites across Delhi NCR. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site handling capability, and experience in false ceiling, renovation, carpentry, and interior finishing works.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site execution and interior work activities
Ensure quality work execution as per drawings and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, labour, vendors, and consultants
Monitor project progress and maintain site records
Handle material planning, measurements, and billing coordination
Supervise false ceiling, renovation, carpentry, and finishing works
Ensure safety standards and proper site management
Prepare daily progress reports and work updates
Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently
Requirements:
5–10 years of experience in civil/interior site execution
Experience in false ceiling, renovation, carpentry, and interiors work is mandatory
Strong knowledge of RCC work, finishing work, and site supervision
Ability to read drawings and coordinate execution work
Good communication and team management skills
Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR project sites
Leadership and problem-solving ability
