Cleaner Cum Caretaker

Location: Kailashpuri, Palam Colony, Delhi

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports To: Property Owner / Operations Manager

We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy Caretaker & Cleaner to manage daily maintenance, cleaning, and guest support for our Cozy Flats Bnb properties. The ideal candidate will ensure the flats remain clean, well-maintained, and ready for every guest check-in while maintaining high hospitality standards.

1. Key Responsibilities:Cleaning & Housekeeping

• Perform daily cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas.
• Change bed linens, towels, and refill toiletries after each checkout.
• Keep all appliances and furniture dust-free and in good condition.

1. Property Maintenance

• Report any maintenance or repair issues (plumbing, electrical, etc.) immediately.
• Check ACs, geysers, lights, and appliances regularly for functionality.
• Ensure water supply, RO system, and gas connection are working properly.

1. Guest Coordination & Support

• Welcome guests on arrival and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Provide basic property orientation (Wi-Fi, appliances, safety rules, etc.).
• Maintain guest privacy and handle all queries politely.

1. Inventory Management

• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and linens.
• Keep records of consumables and inform the owner when replenishment is needed.
