Job Description
Handle customer/retailer calls and maintain good relationships.
Take follow-ups for orders, samples, dispatch status, and payments.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.
Share new designs, availability, and product updates with clients.
Maintain customer data, feedback, complaints, and follow-up records.
Track pending orders and ensure timely communication with customers.
Support payment reminders in a polite and professional manner.
Help convert enquiries into orders.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
Experience in customer handling/CRM preferred.
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Tally/ERP knowledge will be an advantage.
Responsible, polite, follow-up oriented, and confident on calls.
Industry Preference: Garments, Textile, Ethnic Wear, Manufacturing, or B2B Sales.
