Job Title: CRM Executive / CRM Specialist
Job Summary: The CRM Specialist manages customer relationships through CRM software, analyzes customer data, develops engagement campaigns, and supports sales and marketing teams to improve customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Monitor customer interactions and communication history.
Create and execute customer retention and loyalty campaigns.
Analyze customer behavior and generate performance reports.
Segment customers for targeted marketing activities.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
Track campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and compliance with company policies.
Generate insights to support business decision-making.
Required Skills
Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP CRM.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Data management and organizational skills.
Understanding of customer lifecycle management.
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
