Client Servicing Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Client Servicing Manager to manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in client servicing or account management, with excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and service requests.
• Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Resolve client concerns and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and review meetings with clients.
• Prepare reports on client feedback, service performance, and account status.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling services.
• Ensure high levels of client retention and satisfaction.

• Education: Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 3 Years
• English: Intermediate English
