Job Description

हमारी फैक्ट्री (Sehrawat Brothers, मुंडका) में वाल पैनल, डोर्स और डेकोरेटिव जाली कटिंग के काम के लिए एक अनुभवी CNC Machine Operator की आवश्यकता है।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities):

  1. मशीन संचालन (Machine Operation): CNC राउटर/कटिंग मशीन को सही तरीके से सेट करना और कस्टमाइज्ड जाली, डोर्स व 3D वाल पैनल्स की कटिंग और नक्काशी का काम संभालना।
  2. डिजाइन लोडिंग और टूलींग: कंप्यूटर से कोरेल ड्रॉ या अन्य सॉफ्टवेयर की फाइलों/डिज़ाइनों को मशीन में लोड करना, सही टूल्स (Bits) सेट करना और साइज के हिसाब से मटीरियल (WPC, MDF, वुडन) को सेट करना।
  3. क्वालिटी और मेंटेनेंस: कटिंग के दौरान डिज़ाइनों की फिनिशिंग और शुद्धता का ध्यान रखना। मशीन की बुनियादी साफ-सफाई और दैनिक रखरखाव (Daily Maintenance) करना।

उम्मीदवार के लिए आवश्यकताएं (Requirements):

  • CNC राउटर या नक्काशी मशीन चलाने का न्यूनतम 1 से 2 साल का अनुभव होना चाहिए।
  • WPC जाली, MDF बोर्ड और लकड़ी पर 2D/3D कटिंग और डिजाइनिंग सेटिंग्स की अच्छी समझ होनी चाहिए।
  • मुंडका, नई दिल्ली स्थित फैक्ट्री में फुल-टाइम (डे शिफ्ट) काम करने के लिए तैयार होना चाहिए।
