Job Description
- Operate NC banding/bending machines to shape metal components as per drawings
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders
- Set up machine parameters (angle, radius, thickness, etc.) for accurate output
- Monitor machine operations and ensure consistent quality production
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, defects, and quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines
- Maintain production records and report any issues to supervisors
- Ensure workplace safety and follow all safety guidelines
- Minimize material wastage and optimize machine efficiency
