Job Description
Call customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding dues.
Follow up with customers through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and emails.
Negotiate payment plans and ensure timely recovery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
Resolve customer queries related to payments and dues.
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Escalate unresolved cases to the concerned department.
Ensure compliance with company policies and recovery guidelines.
