Job Description – Collection Agent
We are looking for a Collection Agent responsible for handling customer follow-ups regarding pending payments. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to resolve customer queries professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers for pending payments
- Maintain payment records and update CRM/dialer
- Handle customer queries and provide resolutions
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Experience in collections/customer service is preferred
