Job Description
We are looking for a Debt Recovery Agent to join our finance team and help manage the collection of outstanding debts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting debtors, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely repayment of debts while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. As a Debt Recovery Agent, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. You will be expected to handle a high volume of outbound and inbound calls, emails, and written correspondence with clients who have overdue accounts.
