Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage a team of collection executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving collection targets, improving team performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Good knowledge of collections and recovery processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MIS reporting.
