Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers about overdue payments
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements
- Update account records accurately
- Follow up on unpaid accounts
- Meet monthly collection targets
- Follow company policies and debt collection laws
Requirements:
- High school diploma (minimum)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle difficult customers
- Experience in collections or customer service (preferred)
