Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook continental dishes including:
- Burgers, sandwiches, pasta, basic grills, sauces
- Prepare basic breads and pizza items, such as:
- Pizza dough, garlic bread, burger buns (basic knowledge)
- Pizza assembly, baking, and topping balance
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
- Handle daily kitchen prep (cutting, dough prep, sauces, mise en place)
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Follow standard recipes and kitchen SOPs
- Manage stock usage and reduce wastage
- Ensure timely order execution, especially during peak hours
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a continental kitchen
- Basic knowledge of:
- Sauces (white sauce, red sauce, basic emulsions)
- Burgers & sandwiches
- Pizza making (dough + baking basics)
- Basic bread preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Good hygiene and discipline
- Team player with willingness to learn
