Job Description – Commis (Commis 1 / Commis 2 / Commis 3)

  • Help prepare and cook food as per the kitchen's recipes.
  • Cut, chop, clean, and prepare ingredients.
  • Keep the kitchen, work area, and utensils clean.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Help with stocking and storing food items properly.
  • Work with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared on time.
  • Reduce food wastage and handle ingredients carefully.
  • Follow instructions given by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.
  • Be willing to learn and support the team whenever required.
