Job Description
A Computer Operator is responsible for monitoring and controlling computer systems, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. They perform data entry, maintain records, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and support daily IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor computer systems and peripheral equipment.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Manage files, databases, and backups.
- Monitor system performance and report any issues.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software problems.
- Print, scan, and distribute documents as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company data and information.
- Ensure proper functioning of printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
- Generate reports and update records regularly.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures.
