Computer Operator

Job Title: Computer Operator.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Computer Operator with good knowledge of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) preparation, stock maintenance, and email drafting. The candidate should be efficient in handling back-office operations and have a typing speed of at least 30+ WPM.

Key Responsibilities.

Prepare and maintain BOQ (Bill of Quantity) documents accurately

Handle stock management and inventory records

Draft and respond to professional emails

Perform data entry and back-office operations

Maintain records, files, and documentation properly

Generate reports as required

Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of BOQ preparation

Experience in stock/inventory management

Strong email drafting and communication skills.

Handle coordination of the client’s job description

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Typing speed of 30+ words per minute

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline.

Prior experience in a similar role 3 to 5 years,
