Job Description
- Manage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
- Upload and update product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor inventory and stock levels.
- Process customer orders and coordinate dispatch.
- Handle returns, replacements, and customer queries.
- Track daily sales and prepare reports.
- Manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers.
- Ensure product listings comply with marketplace policies.
- Coordinate with warehouse and courier partners for smooth order fulfillment.
- Required SkillsBasic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of MS Excel.
- Understanding of online marketplaces.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
