Prepare and cook menu items as per standard recipes.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are maintained consistently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, and workstations.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Monitor ingredient stock and inform management about replenishment requirements.
Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
Properly store raw materials and cooked food.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order preparation.
Assist in developing new recipes and improving existing menu items when required.
