Job Description

Toast and Roast is hiring a Chef/Cook to handle their kitchen, which includes

  1. Cooking – Pizzas, Pastas, Garlic bread, etc.
  2. Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness
  3. Keeping Inventory and ordering lists up-to-date
  4. Creating new and existing dishes on time while following the given recipes.
  5. Training and learning new things every day, amongst other staff
  6. Arriving and leaving on time, checking daily lists.
  7. Keeping track of food wastage.
  8. Responsibly count cash and updating it at the end of the day.
  9. Use the POS machine when needed and learn beverages when not busy.
  10. Keep an eye on the detailing of food, cleanliness, and organisation in the cafe.
