Job Description
A play school (preschool) principal is responsible for the overall academic, operational, and administrative leadership of the center. They ensure a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for young children, while managing teaching staff and building strong relationships with parents.
Admissions & Onboarding: Manage new student enrollments, conduct school tours for parents, and assess children as they join.
Communication & Feedback: Act as the primary liaison between parents and the school, addressing concerns and holding regular progress meetings.
