About Us:
Wieners Baby & Kids Store, established in 2001, is a premium retail destination for baby and kids products, offering an exclusive selection of global brands under one roof. Our store is known for its personalized service, expert product guidance, and high customer satisfaction.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a courteous, dynamic, and sales-driven Counter Salesperson to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will assist walk-in customers, provide expert product advice, manage billing operations, and ensure a welcoming store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, providing product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Achieve sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and suggesting relevant add-on products
- Operate the billing system efficiently, managing all forms of payment and generating invoices
- Maintain accurate cash handling and reconcile daily sales transactions
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper shelf presentation and cleanliness
- Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with the inventory and delivery teams for smooth product handovers
- Stay updated on new product arrivals, offers, and promotions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred
- 1–3 years of retail sales experience (experience in baby/kids store is an advantage)
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
