Credit Manager

We are hiring Credit Managers to join our growing team at Richman Fincap Limited, a trusted name in the fintech lending space. This role involves assisting with credit assessments, evaluating financials, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in credit evaluations and loan processing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit and financial records.
• Communicate with customers regarding loan documentation and queries.
• Stay updated on RBI guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Support internal departments such as Operations, Collections, and Audit.
• Coordinate with clients for fulfillment of loan document requirements.

Experience & Skills:

• CPA in any bank/NBFC preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in the banking/financial services sector.
• Basic understanding of financial documents and loan products (PL, Business Loans, Unsecured Loans, etc.).
• Ability to evaluate client financials and prepare CAM (Credit Appraisal Memo).
• Understanding of bank statements and preparation of ABB (Average Bank Balance) as per requirement.
• Basic knowledge of EMI calculations, EMI tracking, CIBIL, SOA (Statement of Account) interpretation, etc.
• Strong coordination skills for interacting with clients to ensure documentation and compliance.
