Job Description
We're looking for a sharp, self-driven sales professional to manage incoming enquiries, qualify leads and close residential property deals. You will own the full funnel — from first call to final closing.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, online leads) within minutes
Qualify leads — budget, requirement, end-user vs. investor, loan needs
Schedule site visits at our Paschim Vihar properties
Follow up consistently with prospects until decision (5–7 touchpoints)
Maintain lead records and status in CRM / Google Sheets
Negotiate and close deals; coordinate booking, paperwork, registry support
Build trust with buyers, including NRI and investor clients
Requirements:
2–5 years in real estate sales (builder floors / resale in West Delhi a strong plus)
Solid knowledge of Paschim Vihar / West Delhi property rates and localities
Strong follow-up discipline and CRM / lead-tracking habit
Fluent in Hindi and English; confident on calls and in person
Available for weekend
