Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Train customer-facing teams on best practices for sales, service excellence, grievance handling, collections, and customer lifecycle management
  • Conduct live, application-oriented training and onboarding sessions via Google Meet for clients and remote teams.
  • Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical insights to non-technical users.
  • Proven ability to conduct engaging virtual workshops and troubleshoot technical or communication issues.


Knowledge and Experience:

  • Good Communication Skills in English & Hindi
  • Experience in Call Centers.
