Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Management: Administer and update the CRM software to maintain clean, accurate customer and sales database records. [1]
- Customer Retention: Execute targeted email, SMS, and loyalty programs to increase repeat vehicle service visits and reduce churn. [1, 2]
- Feedback & Grievance Handling: Address customer complaints to maximize the Customer Experience Index (CEI) and dealership satisfaction scores. [1]
- Data & MIS Reporting: Build and monitor daily performance dashboards tracking sales leads, inquiries, and customer lifetime value. [1, 2, 3]
- Cross-functional Coordination: Connect walk-in showroom leads with the sales, vehicle finance, and service teams for smooth workflow tracking. [1, 2]
- Campaign Analysis: Segment customer demographics to run localized dealership marketing and promotional efforts. [1]
