Job Description

We are looking for a customer relationship manager

Act as the primary contact for dealers/distributors.

Support dealers regarding:

Taking Order 

Warranty claims

Spare parts availability

Service requests

Maintain healthy dealer relationships.

Order & Dispatch Coordination:

Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely delivery.

Track pending orders and update customers/dealers regularly.

Ensure dispatch documents are accurate

Quality Feedback & Reporting:

Share recurring product issues with Quality and Production departments.

Help identify root causes of frequent complaints.

Support implementation of corrective actions.

Data Management & Documentation

Maintain records of:

Warranty claims

Dealer feedback

Dispatch status

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.

Customer Satisfaction Improvement:

Conduct follow-ups after complaint closure.

Ensure positive customer experience.

Support initiatives to improve product/service quality.
