  • ग्राहकों का स्वागत करना और उनकी आवश्यकता के अनुसार सही उत्पाद सुझाना।
  • क्रॉकरी, किचनवेयर, स्टील बर्तन, प्लास्टिक आइटम, ग्लासवेयर आदि की बिक्री बढ़ाना।
  • ग्राहकों को उत्पाद की गुणवत्ता, उपयोग, फीचर्स और कीमत की जानकारी देना।
  • सेक्शन में उत्पादों की सही डिस्प्ले और मर्चेंडाइजिंग बनाए रखना।
  • शेल्फ पर स्टॉक की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करना और खाली रैक को तुरंत भरवाना।
  • डैमेज, टूटे हुए या खराब उत्पादों की पहचान कर रिपोर्ट करना।
  • ग्राहकों को चल रही स्कीम, ऑफर और डिस्काउंट की जानकारी देना।
  • अप-सेलिंग और क्रॉस-सेलिंग के माध्यम से बिक्री बढ़ाना।
  • सेक्शन की साफ-सफाई और व्यवस्थित व्यवस्था बनाए रखना।
  • दैनिक स्टॉक चेक करना तथा स्टॉक की कमी होने पर वरिष्ठ अधिकारी को सूचित करना।
  • उत्पादों की कीमत (Price Tags) और बारकोड की जांच करना।
  • स्टोर द्वारा निर्धारित सेल्स टारगेट को प्राप्त करने का प्रयास करना।
  • सेक्शन की कुल बिक्री (Sales)
  • डैमेज एवं श्रिंकज कंट्रोल
