Position:Customer Care Executive / Tele Sales Executive

Experience Required:Minimum 2 Years Experience in Tele Sales or Customer Support (Healthcare/Pharma preferred)

Location: Kirti Nagar,Delhi NCR

Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Executive for our healthcare business. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating sales orders, maintaining prescriptions and patient records, and ensuring regular follow-ups with customers for repeat orders.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Generate and process medicine and healthcare product orders over calls
• Follow up regularly with existing customers for repeat purchases
• Maintain customer prescriptions and medical records properly
• Coordinate with patients regarding medicine availability and delivery updates
• Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent service
• Maintain daily call records, order details, and follow-up status
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate product information
• Coordinate with internal operations and delivery teams for smooth execution
• Required Skills:Strong communication and convincing skills
• Good tele-calling and sales handling experience
• Basic knowledge of medicines and healthcare products
• Ability to maintain customer data and prescriptions confidentially
• Good follow-up and relationship management skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel,WhatsApp, Email)
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in healthcare, pharma, diagnostic, or medical tele sales
• Fluent in Hindi and basic English
• Customer-oriented and target-driven approach
• Ability to handle sensitive healthcare conversations professionally

Salary:As per industry standards + Incentives

Working Days:6 Days a Week

Office Timings : 10am to 7pm
