Job Description

We are hiring Customer Care Executives for a fast-growing startup (client of Human Capital Express). The role requires strong customer handling skills with a blend of support and sales orientation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions (calls, WhatsApp, email)
  • Resolve queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling during interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
  • Meet response time and conversion targets

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer care / customer support with sales exposure
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Language proficiency: Hindi and English (mandatory) + Kannada or Rajasthani
  • Basic computer skills (CRM tools, MS Office)
  • Ability to handle high-volume interactions and multitask

  • Flexible to work 6 days a week
