Job Description

Handle customer calls, WhatsApp chats, and emails related to HOHO bus services.

Assist customers with ticket booking, timings, routes, boarding points, and fare information.

Resolve customer complaints and provide quick support.

Coordinate with operations and drivers for customer assistance

Manage booking confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling requests

Maintain customer records and daily support reports
