Job Title : KYC / Customer Onboarding Executive

 Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage customer onboarding and KYC processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. The role involves conducting due diligence, verifying customer information, assessing risk levels, and maintaining accurate records for audit and reporting purposes.

 Key Responsibilities :

* Perform customer onboarding and KYC due diligence for new and existing clients

* Verify customer identity and documents,including UBO identification for entities

* Conduct risk assessment and categorize customers based on risk levels, including EDD for high-risk profiles

* Screen customer profiles and identify discrepancies or suspicious activities

* Maintain proper documentation and audit trails in internal systems

* Coordinate with customers for verification and document collection

* Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders for reports and case closures within defined TAT

* Maintain MIS reports and trackers for management review

* Shift timings - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm 

* Sunday fixed off 

* Salary budget - 32k Gross 

(Will get a hike on your previous salary by 20%)
