Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) who can handle customer communication, solve client queries, maintain strong relationships with customers, and provide proper support regarding company products and services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls, emails, and follow-ups professionally.
• Maintain healthy relationships with existing and new customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide proper solutions.
• Coordinate with sales and technical departments for customer support.
• Maintain customer records and update data regularly.
• Provide product/service information to clients.
• Follow up with customers regarding payments, feedback, and service updates.
• Prepare daily work reports and updates.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and positive client experience.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM, etc.).
• Professional behavior and customer handling skills.
• Ability to solve problems quickly.
• Team coordination and multitasking ability.

Qualification:

Graduate

• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
• Experience:0–6 months preferred in customer support or customer handling.
• Salary: As per company standards and experience.
• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday
• Office timing as per company policy.
