Customer Relationship Officer – Job DescriptionA Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, handling customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through effective communication and service coordination.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Maintain healthy and professional relationships with existing clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely completion of customer requirements.
• Follow up with clients regarding project updates, payments, feedback, and approvals.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM data regularly.
• Generate leads and support business development activities.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
• Skills Required:Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
