Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and professional Client Relationship & Service Coordinator to manage communication with apartment societies, builders, and commercial clients regarding lift maintenance, complaints, meetings, and service coordination.


The candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the technical/service team to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of issues.



Key Responsibilities


* Attend meetings with apartment associations, RWAs, builders, and clients

* Coordinate with service engineers and technicians regarding complaints and breakdowns

* Maintain proper communication with clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp groups

* Share service updates, pending work status, and breakdown reports with clients

* Prepare and maintain complaint records and service schedules

* Handle AMC-related coordination and payment follow-up

* Escalate urgent technical issues to senior management

* Maintain professional client relationships and improve customer satisfaction

* Prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting) after client meetings

* Coordinate for spare parts and pending material updates



Required Skills


* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Basic knowledge of elevators/lifts preferred

* Ability to handle client discussions professionally

* Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication

* Good coordination and follow-up skills

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites



Qualification


* Graduate preferred

* Experience in customer support, facility management, elevator industry, or coordination role preferred

* Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
