Job Description

Job Description – CSR (Claw Culture) 

  • Customer Service  
  • Needs to maintain SOPs & Ensuring Service standards. 
  • Cashiering & Stock Management. 
  • Upkeep and Maintenance of hygiene in the store. 
  • Proper personal grooming & Best behavior with guest. Handle the customers effectively on floor/POS/Rides/Play Area with no complaints.  
  • Effective coordination and communication with colleagues 
  • To have complete knowledge of all operations related SOP's. 
  • Being an ambassador of the brand. 

Providing a safe and hassle-free environment for Customers 

Educational Qualifications:  

Preferably 10TH Passwd, PUC /HSc/Graduate in any discipline. 

 

Key Skills required:  

Good communication skills and a pleasing and sporty personality.
