Job Description
He/She will be accountable for: (KRA) 1. To work in the “techno-commerical resource” software platform for Food Industry--“Connect Bharat “. 2. To maintain customer interaction on regular intervals for regulation based advisory support from allocated client budget via calling process. 3. To close sales on regular intervals for regulation based services from allocated client bucket via calling process. 4.To support customer in revolving fssai based regulation and standards queries, via calling process. 5. Conduct activities to increase brand awareness and value for Food Industry. 6. To follow up customer on regular interval for fssai based information regarding their document, via calling process. 7.To maintain sales & support process ticket closure ticket targets.
