Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Jazz & Sizzle is a fast-growing fashion accessories brand based in South Delhi. We're passionate about helping individuals express their style with bold and trendy accessories. We're now looking to expand our team with a dedicated Customer Service Executive who is customer-centric, results-driven, and enthusiastic about delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries and support needs.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Conduct follow-ups with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Call customers for feedback post-purchase to improve service experience.
- Perform abandoned cart calls to drive order completion and conversion.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and proactive approach with all customer interactions.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of interactions and take notes on customer feedback and issues.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or tele-calling role (preferably in e-commerce or fashion retail).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- A go-getter with a customer-first mindset and a target-driven approach.
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
