Job Title: Hospital Telecaller / Patient Relationship Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and result-oriented Hospital Telecaller to connect with patients, explain our healthcare services, and encourage them to visit the hospital for consultation and treatment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to build trust with patients while ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients and leads.
• Explain hospital services, treatments, and available healthcare facilities.
• Counsel and convince patients to visit the hospital for consultation and treatment.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments with doctors.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment plans.
• Address patient queries and handle objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM/database.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure a smooth patient experience.
