Job Summary:

Altruizm Events is looking for a proactive and organized Customer Support Executive to manage event coordination, customer communication, vendor handling, and operational support activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, coordination abilities, and basic computer knowledge. Experience in event management or hospitality coordination will be an added advantage.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

📞 Coordinate with customers, vendors, hotels, and internal teams

🏨 Manage hotel and venue bookings for PAN India HCP meetings and events

🚖 Handle travel, cab, and logistics coordination

🍽️ Coordinate food and catering arrangements for events

📋 Maintain daily reports, MIS, and event-related documentation

🤝 Ensure smooth stakeholder and vendor management

💻 Work on booking systems and Cvent software for event coordination

⏰ Monitor SLA-driven execution and ensure timely task completion

📧 Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and support activities professionally

💰 Salary & Incentives:

💵 Fixed Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹22,000 (as per experience & skills)

🎯 Incentive: ₹1,000+ (based on performance)
