Job Title: Dispatcher – US Trucking Operations

 Location: South Delhi

 Shift: Rotational (24×7, including Night Shifts)

We are a U.S.-focused trucking dispatch service provider operating 24×7 from India. Our team supports U.S.-based trucking companies by managing dispatch operations, coordinating with drivers, handling load boards, and ensuring smooth transportation services.

*Key Responsibilities

*Coordinate with U.S. truck drivers and carriers for timely pickup and delivery of loads.

Book and negotiate loads using U.S. load boards and brokers.

Monitor driver schedules, routes, and compliance with FMCSA/DOT regulations.

Handle inbound/outbound calls and resolve issues professionally.

Maintain accurate records of loads, miles, and payments in dispatch software.

Track shipments in real-time and provide updates to clients.

Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through efficient communication and problem-solving.

*Requirements*

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (graduates and diploma holders welcome). UG candidates can apply only if good communication is available.

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts (U.S. time zones).

Prior BPO/dispatch/logistics/customer support experience preferred.

Knowledge of U.S. geography and trucking industry is an added advantage.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and resolve conflicts quickly.
