Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Used Car Process (Cars24). The candidate will be responsible for calling customers from company-provided data. Customers who are interested in selling their used cars need assistance, and inspection appointments must be scheduled accordingly. The role also includes explaining the selling process and handling basic customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to company-provided leads

• Explain the used car selling process clearly

• Schedule car inspection appointments

• Handle customer queries professionally

• Update customer details in the system/CRM

Eligibility Criteria:

• 12th Pass / Graduate

• Good Hindi communication skills (Basic English preferred)

• Telecalling / Customer Support experience preferred (Freshers can apply)

• Basic computer knowledge

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 + Incentives

Location: B-6, Dwarka Mor, Near Yes Bank & Metro Pillar No. 766, New Delhi – 110059

Office Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday
