Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Support Executive to manage customer interactions, resolve queries and provide end-to-end support related to NBFC products and services. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction levels while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails and chat support professionally.
  • Assist customers with loan applications, EMI schedules, repayment queries, foreclosure requests, and account-related concerns.
  • Resolve customer complaints within defined turnaround time (TAT).
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as collections, sales and underwriting for issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Educate customers about company products, policies, and digital payment methods.
  • Follow RBI and company compliance guidelines while handling customer information.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior management when required.
  • Achieve service quality and customer satisfaction targets.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in NBFC, banking ,insurance, fintech, or financial services.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of financial products and loan processes.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of RBI regulations and NBFC operations is an added advantage.
