Is role mein aapka mukhyakam customers ke phone calls attend karna, unki internet se judi pareshaniyon (complaints) ko sunna, aur technical team ke sath milkar unhe jaldi se jaldi solve karwana hoga.

**Zimmedariyan (Key Responsibilities):**
* Customers ke inbound calls uthana aur unki internet speed, downtime ya billing se judi complaints ko dhyan se sunna.
* Choti-moti dikkaton ko (jaise router restart karwana ya basic settings) phone par hi solve karwana.
* Badi dikkaton ke liye ticket generate karna aur field technicians ko locate karke unhe customer ke ghar bhejna.
* Complaints solve hone ke baad customer se feedback lena aur check karna ki unka internet sahi chal raha hai ya nahi.
* Monthly billing aur pending payments ke liye customers ko follow-up calls karna.

**Zaroori Qualifications & Skills:**
* **Education:** 12th Pass
* **Language:** Hindi bolne mein achhe hon, aur basic English padhni/samajhni aati ho (system chalane ke liye).
* **Skills:**
* Computer chalane ki basic knowledge (Excel, Word ya billing software).
* Customers se patience (sabar) aur tameez se baat karne ka dhang.
* Timarpur aur uske aas-paas ke areas ki thodi samajh ho to behtar hai.
* **Experience:** Freshers aur experienced (6 months - 1 year in Customer Care/ISP) dono apply kar sakte hain.
